Thursday is lunch – subway $300 for all schools
Friday – candy bars and apples
Need volunteers to help decorate the schools
Discussed volunteerspot and some issues with it getting to people
Principals will send an email blast
A note will be there on Friday telling them the plan for the week
Book Fair ? not sure who is charge
Pizza guy reserved
A game theme – just for fun – no money or prizes
Sign up passed for interest in helping with a game

March 31 and April 1 Brooke and Holly will chair
Supercab members will help from high school
Split by alphabet at North and Deerfield
Meeting frequency Do we need to meet every month? What would the group like? – discussion that meetings needed for volunteers
Suggestion of getting a PTO master list with contact information
Dates will be established for next year Wednesday
April 14 Kindergarten parent meeting With principals at one school
Target to have things in place by then - perhaps even event chairs
May 5 and 6 – Kindergarten visit day Point of contacts can have cards to hand out (free on vistaprint.com)
